What Is a White Label Broker Partnership? Meaning for Forex Partners

by Admin

Partner Federation Glossary — last updated September 2026

White Label is a partnership where a company launches its own branded trading business — its own name, its own client-facing platform — built on a primary broker’s technology, liquidity, and back-office infrastructure rather than from scratch. Unlike an Introducing Broker, a white label partner isn’t just referring clients to someone else’s brand; they’re operating what looks and feels like their own broker, with the provider’s technology running underneath it.

Why It Matters for Partners

White label is a fundamentally bigger commitment than any of the other partnership types covered on this site — closer to starting a brokerage business than signing up for a referral program, with real setup costs, ongoing minimums, and often a year or more before it becomes profitable or transitions toward full independence. Worth understanding as the far end of the partnership spectrum: most partners looking for a lower-commitment way to earn from referrals want an Introducing Broker or affiliate arrangement instead.
